With over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurial ventures, including recruiting and executive search, 20+ years in coaching and training, and 10 years in real estate, Todd has coached thousands of candidates and job seekers in the ways to accelerate their careers. Passionate about building relationships, he attributes his success to his dedicated efforts in expanding his network of market influencers nationwide.

Wisdom suggests that an individual aspiring for growth and backed by a robust network of relationships often finds great opportunities. In late 2019, Todd was introduced to the President of a local university in Southwest Florida. After much discussion, Todd was asked to lead efforts in developing a program offering individuals a low-cost, short-term, real alternative to earning a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies. Having earned his bachelor’s degree in Technical Education and Training, Todd's passion for education was reignited. He set off to redefine local higher education, one business discussion at a time.

New challenges equal opportunity: For decades, Todd was focused on recruiting and coaching professionals & business owners with potential career opportunities and/or education & training programs. In 2020, the whole world just stopped! Businesses closed and our kids were shut out of their schools. Todd found himself teaching his preschooler phonics and math. It was also clear that The Reynolds Family was not alone; everyone was facing unprecedented new challenges, and the “Family Unit” required more support than ever before.
